Implementation-led AI systems · Home & field services

We build and operate customer-side AI systems.

Nocodiem takes calls, texts, job intake, and booking and runs them as one configured operation, wired into the scheduler you already use, monitored after launch, and built to pass anything unusual back to your office.

Scoped per operation, with a named person owning every exception.

Missed call · just now

Hi, this is Northline Heating & Air. Sorry we missed your call. Are you looking to book a visit, or do you have a question?

My furnace is out and it's freezing.

No heat in this weather is an emergency for us. What's the service address?

4118 Cedar Ridge.

Got it. I have a technician free 8 to 10 tomorrow, or I can add you to tonight's emergency list.

The math on a ringing phone

You already know the number. It’s in your call log.

Open your phone records for last month and count the inbound calls under fifteen seconds. Those are the ones that rang out, or hit voicemail and hung up. Most contractors are surprised by the total, and more surprised by how many came in after five. Multiply that by what an average job is worth to you. That figure is what this costs you every month, and it’s the only number that matters when you’re deciding whether any of this is worth doing.

Inside a Nocodiem setup

One system from the first ring to the booked job.

Calls and messages run through your own service rules, your pricing, and the scheduler your team already opens every morning.

  1. Sit in on the phones

We go through your recent calls and messages with you: what people ask for, what your office asks back, which jobs are emergencies, and what your team decides case by case. That last part becomes the handoff rules.

  2. Build it on your business

You get a working system loaded with your services, your service area, and your booking rules. Your office calls it and tries to break it before anything goes near a real customer.

  3. Connect and test the whole path

We wire it to your scheduler, your phone number, and wherever your team gets notified. Then we run every job type through it end to end before a single live call reaches it.

  4. Go live and keep watching

Your number switches over. We review real calls in the first weeks, tighten what needs tightening, and keep operating the system under the review schedule in your agreement.

Solutions

Five parts of one operation.

Most operators start with one and add the rest once it’s running.

Voice

AI phone receptionist

Answer, route, and structure inbound calls.

Every call picked up on the first ring, day or night, with the job type, address, and urgency captured before anyone on your team touches it.

Messaging

Messaging & support

Consistent help across web, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Missed calls get a text back within seconds, and web and SMS questions get the same answers your office would give.

Intake

Intake & qualification

Collect the right facts before staff step in.

The questions your office already asks, asked the same way every time. Emergencies get flagged, out-of-area calls get filtered, and nobody is chasing a caller for details later.

Scheduling

Scheduling & booking

Move from inquiry to a confirmed next step.

Real availability from your scheduler, offered against your own rules for job length, travel time, and which crew handles what.

Systems of record

AI workflow integrations

Connect conversations to systems of record.

Booked jobs, notes, and recordings land in ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro, with dispatch notified wherever your team already looks.

Built around your existing stack

Your scheduler stays. Everything connects to it.

Nothing here replaces the software you run today. We work with the APIs your platform exposes and the permissions you approve.

How we work

The hard part isn’t the AI. It’s deciding what it isn’t allowed to do.

Anyone can stand up a voice agent this year. The work that matters is everything around it: which calls it should refuse, what it does when a caller says something unexpected, what your office sees when it hands one back. We spend most of a build on those boundaries, and we test them harder than we test the happy path. That’s the difference between a system your team trusts and one they quietly stop using.

It answers

Questions it has approved answers for, in the wording you signed off on.

It books

Jobs that fit the rules you set for job length, travel time, and which crew handles what.

It stops

Anything else. It takes the caller's details, tells them a person will call back, and alerts your office.

Questions you may have

Questions you may have

What exactly does Nocodiem do?

We set up and run the system that answers your phones and messages. It picks up inbound calls, texts back missed ones, asks the questions your office asks, books the job against real availability in your scheduler, and notifies whoever handles dispatch. We configure it around your services and your rules, connect it to the software you already use, then keep operating and reviewing it after launch. We're not a software product you log into and figure out. We build the setup and we're accountable for how it runs.

How do you control AI mistakes?

Mostly by limiting what it's allowed to do. The system answers questions it has approved answers for and books jobs that fit rules you signed off on. Anything outside that, it doesn't improvise. It takes the caller's details, tells them a person will call back, and alerts your office. We define those boundaries with you in scoping and test them before launch, including deliberately trying to push it past them. After you go live we review real calls and tighten anything that needs it.

Will I need to replace my existing tools?

No. If you run ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro, you keep running it, and jobs land there the way they do now. Your techs don't get new software and your office doesn't change how they work. If your platform limits what outside systems can write to it, we find that in scoping and tell you before you commit to anything.

How much does this cost?

Two parts: a one-time setup fee for the build and integration, then a monthly fee for operating, monitoring, and reviewing the system. The setup depends on how many job types and integrations are in scope. We give you a fixed number after a working session, not before, because quoting this without seeing your call volume and your scheduler would be guesswork. We'll also tell you if we don't think it's worth doing for your operation.

What happens to customer data?

Calls and messages are processed to run your workflow and written into your systems. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train anything of ours. The platforms underneath, your phone provider and the voice provider, have their own data handling, and we confirm exactly what each one does with call audio and transcripts during scoping, before anything is connected. Retention, recording, and who can access what are agreed in writing before launch.

Book a working session

Map the calls before you buy anything.

Book a working session and we’ll go through your recent calls, work out which ones a system should handle, which ones it shouldn’t, and what it would take to connect to your scheduler. You’ll leave knowing whether this is worth doing, whether or not you hire us.
